Popular dates — especially spring and fall weekends — can book several months in advance. We recommend reserving your date as early as possible.

Is my date guaranteed when I submit a request?

No. Submitting a booking request does not reserve your event date. Your date is officially confirmed only after availability has been verified, your booking has been approved, your agreement has been completed, and your 50% non-refundable reservation deposit has been received.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your event date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

When is my final payment due?

The remaining balance is automatically charged two weeks before your event, using the same payment method used for your reservation deposit. If you need to update your payment method before the final payment is processed, contact us prior to the scheduled payment date.

How many people fit in a photo booth picture?

For the best experience, photo booth sessions typically include up to five or six guests at one time. Smaller groups create the best photos while ensuring everyone is comfortably visible.

How early do you arrive?

We typically arrive 90 minutes to 2 hours before your scheduled start time to professionally set up, test, and prepare your photo booth experience. Whenever possible, our preferred approach is to set up earlier in the day alongside your other event vendors—or even the evening before, when the venue allows. This ensures everything is perfectly positioned, fully tested, and ready long before your first guest arrives. Setup and teardown are always included and never count against your reserved photo booth hours, so you receive the full experience you've booked.

How much space do you need?

We'll discuss space requirements during planning, but a relatively open area near a standard electrical outlet generally works best.

Yes. Our flower wall collection is growing. Currently we offer Blush Rose and Traditional White with Greenery. We're continually expanding the collection to provide even more backdrop options for future events. Ask us about current styles when you check your date.

The Portrait Station provides beautifully composed professional-style portraits in a relaxed event environment. It offers a different experience from the traditional photo booth while maintaining instant guest enjoyment.
