Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to photo booth and portrait experiences provided by The Fun Frame, based in Alabaster, Alabama.
Inquiries and availability
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date. Your date is held once a signed agreement and reservation deposit are received.
Payments
A 50% reservation deposit secures your event date and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is charged two weeks before your event using the payment method on file.
Setup and space
We ask for a level setup area, access to a standard power outlet and enough time to set up before guests arrive. Delays caused by venue access may shorten run time.
Guest conduct and equipment
Our attendant stays with the booth throughout your event. Clients are responsible for damage caused by guests to equipment or props.
Changes and cancellations
Date changes are accommodated when our calendar allows. Cancellations forfeit the reservation deposit.
