The Fun Frame is based in Alabaster, Alabama and serves events throughout Central Alabama. This page explains what we collect when you contact us and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you submit an event inquiry we collect the details you choose to share — your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue and anything you tell us about your celebration.
How we use your information
We use your details to check your date, answer your questions, prepare a written quote and coordinate your event. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Event photography
Photos taken at your event belong to your event. We only share images publicly when you have given us permission to do so, and we will always honor a request to remove an image.
Data retention
Inquiry and event records are kept for as long as we need them for scheduling, service and accounting purposes, and then removed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to review, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
