90 minutes to 2 hours before your start time
We load in through the service entrance your venue prefers, check in with your planner or coordinator and confirm the placement we agreed on during planning. Where a venue allows it, we arrive earlier in the day with your other vendors — or the evening before — so the room is finished long before photographs begin.
Before your first guest arrives
Booth positioned, lighting balanced to the room, printer loaded and tested, custom start screen loaded with your names and date, and a full test print pulled and checked for colour. Cables are dressed and hidden. When your guests walk in, it looks like the booth has always been part of the room.
Your reserved hours
Your attendant stays for the full run of the reception. Guests are welcomed in a few at a time, poses are guided, prints are handed over and the guest book is filled if you have chosen one. Backup equipment is on site the entire evening, so nothing about the night depends on a single piece of gear.
After your reserved hours end
We break down quietly and quickly once your hours are complete, coordinating with your venue's load-out window. Teardown, like setup, is included and never counts against the time you booked.

Read wedding reviewsMost Mirror Booth setups fit comfortably in a 10x10 area with access to a standard power outlet. Adding a flower wall or a portrait station needs a little more room. We confirm the exact footprint with your venue and your planner before the wedding day so nothing is a surprise during load-in.
Most couples reach out nine to eighteen months ahead, at the same time they are securing other reception vendors. Peak Birmingham wedding weekends in spring and fall book earliest. If your date is closer than that, send it anyway — we will tell you honestly whether it is open.
We typically arrive 90 minutes to 2 hours before your scheduled start time to professionally set up, test, and prepare your photo booth experience.
Whenever possible, our preferred approach is to set up earlier in the day alongside your other event vendors—or even the evening before, when the venue allows. This ensures everything is perfectly positioned, fully tested, and ready long before your first guest arrives.

Yes. We print 4x6 keepsakes only. You choose a layout from our design collections and we personalise it with your names, wedding date, monogram and colour palette. You review the design before the wedding and revisions are included.
Both work, and many couples choose to span them. Cocktail hour gives arriving guests something to do while you are photographing; the reception captures the energy after dinner. Tell us your timeline and we will suggest the hours that cover the most guests.

Five or six guests fit comfortably in one frame, which keeps everyone recognisable and well lit. At a large wedding that is not a limitation — small groups cycle through all night, so a 200-guest reception simply means many more photographs.
