    A 50% reservation payment confirms your date and takes it off the calendar for anyone else.

    Final balance

    The remaining balance is automatically charged two weeks before your event using the payment method on file.

How much does a photo booth rental cost?

The Digital Experience starts at $650. Print Experiences are $895 for three hours and $1,095 for four hours, and VIP Experiences are $1,150 and $1,350. The Digital Portrait Station is a separate experience at $450 for three hours or $600 for four hours. Every quote is written out before you decide.

What is the difference between your photo booth experiences?

The Digital Experience is a modern mirror booth with unlimited sessions and instant digital sharing — no on-site printing. Print Experiences add unlimited premium 4×6 on-site printing. VIP Experiences add the red carpet, silver stanchions and a premium sequin backdrop. The Portrait Station is a separate, stationary studio-style portrait experience with digital delivery.

What is the Digital Portrait Station — does it include printing?

The Digital Portrait Station is a stationary, studio-style portrait experience: $450 for three hours or $600 for four hours. It is digital-only — guests receive their portraits through a live QR code gallery, and on-site printing is not included.

Can we choose between Mirror Air and Mirror Me?

Yes. Mirror booth experiences include your choice of the Mirror Air Booth or Mirror Me Booth, subject to availability, and we confirm your booth when your date is reserved.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% reservation payment holds your date, and the remaining balance is charged automatically two weeks before your event.

How long does setup take?

We typically arrive 90 minutes to 2 hours before your scheduled start time to professionally set up, test, and prepare your photo booth experience.

Whenever possible, our preferred approach is to set up earlier in the day alongside your other event vendors—or even the evening before, when the venue allows. This ensures everything is perfectly positioned, fully tested, and ready long before your first guest arrives.

Setup and teardown are always included and never count against your reserved photo booth hours, so you receive the full experience you've booked.

Can we add additional hours?

Yes. Extra hours can be added when you book or on the day of your event if the schedule allows.

Do you travel?

We are based in Alabaster and serve Alabaster, Birmingham, Hoover, Pelham, Helena, Vestavia Hills, Chelsea, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Trussville, Gardendale, Bessemer, McCalla, Calera and surrounding Central Alabama communities. Events outside the standard service area include a travel fee.
