Yes. A 50% reservation payment holds your date, and the remaining balance is charged automatically two weeks before your event.

We typically arrive 90 minutes to 2 hours before your scheduled start time to professionally set up, test, and prepare your photo booth experience.

Whenever possible, our preferred approach is to set up earlier in the day alongside your other event vendors—or even the evening before, when the venue allows. This ensures everything is perfectly positioned, fully tested, and ready long before your first guest arrives.

Setup and teardown are always included and never count against your reserved photo booth hours, so you receive the full experience you've booked.

Yes. Extra hours can be added when you book or on the day of your event if the schedule allows.

We are based in Alabaster and serve Alabaster, Birmingham, Hoover, Pelham, Helena, Vestavia Hills, Chelsea, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Trussville, Gardendale, Bessemer, McCalla, Calera and surrounding Central Alabama communities. Events outside the standard service area include a travel fee.
