Why chapters keep booking us back

Equipment is the easy part. What officers remember is that the night ran without them having to check on anything.

Professional setup

We arrive early, test everything and stay out of the way of your timeline. Nobody on exec board has to manage us.

Elegant presentation

Cables hidden, surfaces styled, attendants dressed for the room. The corner looks intentional in every photo.

Fast printing

Prints in the hand in seconds, so couples and small groups keep moving and the line never backs up.

Instant digital sharing

Text and email delivery on the spot — the photos are on your chapter's feed before the night ends.

Custom event branding

Your letters, chapter name, event name and colors designed into the print before the date.

Friendly attendants

Someone welcomes every group, poses them and keeps the energy up from the first hour to the last.

Questions chapters ask first

Read the full FAQ

Can the photo template include our chapter letters?

Yes. Your letters, chapter name, event name and date are designed into the 4x6 print, and you approve the artwork before the event.

Can we use our organization colors?

Absolutely. Send your chapter and school colors and we match the print design, on-screen overlay and styling to them.

Can multiple organizations share one booth?

Yes. For mixers and joint philanthropy events we can run one design with both organizations, or alternate two designs during the night.

How much space is required?

Plan on roughly 10x10 feet with access to a standard outlet. We work with less when the venue is tight — just tell us the room.

Can the booth be used outdoors?

Yes, with shade or cover and a power source. For bid day and Greek Week we plan an outdoor setup with you in advance.

Do you travel outside Birmingham?

We are based in Alabaster and serve chapters throughout Central Alabama, including Birmingham, Tuscaloosa-area venues and the surrounding communities.

How far in advance should we reserve?

Formal season books first. Reaching out as soon as your date is set gives you the best chance, though we do fill last-minute dates when we can.
