We know the rooms
Hoover events happen in a very specific set of spaces: country club ballrooms, hotel banquet halls off the Galleria, garden pavilions and wide-open indoor event centers. Each of those rooms asks something different of a photo booth. A ballroom with a dance floor needs the booth tucked where it draws guests without blocking service. A garden ceremony needs a plan for daylight, weather and power. A 155,000-square-foot floor needs a footprint that still reads as a destination. We design the layout around the room you have already chosen, not around a template.
A short, local drive
We are based in Alabaster, which puts most Hoover venues within a straightforward drive up I-65 or across I-459. That proximity is practical, not sentimental: it means an unhurried load-in window, time to test lighting against your actual room, and no travel surcharge quietly inflating your quote. When your timeline shifts on the day, being nearby is what lets us absorb it.
One quote, nothing hidden
Send your date and venue and you get a written quote back with the full scope on it: hours of coverage, the experiences included, setup and teardown, the attendant, the prints and the digital gallery. Setup and teardown are always included and never count against your reserved hours. There is no upsell conversation waiting for you at the venue door.
Attended from start to finish
A trained attendant stays with the booth for the entire event. They keep the props ordered, help guests who have never used a mirror booth, restock prints before anyone notices, and quietly hand finished photos to the people they belong to. The booth is the equipment; the attendant is the reason it feels effortless.
